PJ Powder LLC was established in 2009 to provide reliable, high quality powder coating services to manufacturers and fabricators in Central Florida. We began in Lake County and built our business by focusing on consistent results, clear communication, and dependable turnaround.

As our customer base grew, many of our clients were traveling from the Orlando area, often more than an hour each way, to work with us. In 2016, we relocated to East Orlando and expanded into a larger facility to better serve those customers and support continued growth.

Today, we continue to operate as an owner-managed shop, working directly with our customers to ensure each job is handled properly from start to finish. That direct involvement allows us to stay responsive, address issues early, and keep work moving without unnecessary delays.

Customers often comment on the level of communication and attention they receive. We believe that clear communication upfront prevents problems later, saving time and cost for everyone involved.

We maintain the flexibility of a smaller shop while holding ourselves to a professional standard that supports the needs of manufacturers and production environments. Whether it’s a prototype run or ongoing work, our focus remains the same - quality, consistency, and reliability.

Quoting and Communication

We respond to RFQs promptly and ask the right questions upfront to avoid issues later. If something needs clarification, we address it early so there are no surprises once parts are in process.
